Our breakdown of office hours allows us to see you in a more efficient manner. This way we won't take up too much time from your busy day!

Tuesday 1:00 - 6:00 pm
Wednesday Closed - Outreach
Thursday 9:00 - 11:00 am & 1:00 - 6:00 pm
Friday Closed - Outreach
Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday Closed - Family Day

Health Talks: Every Second Tuesday @ 6:00 pm and one Saturday a month @ 12:00 pm. All happening right here in the office! Book your limited spot today as they fill up fast!

Massage Therapy

We would like to welcome SHAUNA to the Brost team! Shauna will be providing Massage Therapy by an appointment only basis. Please call the office to schedule an appointment!!
